In August 2023 we delivered a triple pump drive splitter box assembly to a highly regarded OEM client, tailored to fit a Cat 3.6 engine.
What a pump drive does
A pump drive bolts to the engine’s flywheel housing and takes power from the flywheel, then splits it between several hydraulic pumps. That lets one engine run separate hydraulic circuits at the same time, each from its own pump.
